Course’s Goals Development of skills and competences about: • Model of personal development; • Motivation: theories and organizational application; • Individual empowerment; • Social empowerment, • Communicative barrier • Cognitive distortions • Self-esteem in relationships • Language and codes; • Non-verbal communication;  Communicative competence;  Media as extension of communication;  Roles and dynamics of work group;  Language quality; • Art of making questions; • Active listening and empathic listening. Course Title Certificate of “Expert in Empowerment and Effective Communication in the working area” Course Period: 300 hours (60 hours in class, 80 hours of e-learning, 80 hours of stage, 80 hours of formative path’s documentation) It is possible to attend the course entirely on the e-learning platform Course Fee: 500 € (350€ if by E-Learning) Books and lecture notes included
