Course’s Goals Develop knowledge and competences about: • Planning, orientation and evaluation of competences in employment services; • Cooperative learning; • Action learning; • Management through goals; • Building one-self and personal identity; • Self-esteem, Expectation and Personal Success • Role and Professionalism; • New Orientation technologies; • Evaluation of competences: approach and methodological choices, experimentation and good procedure; • Systematic analysis of Human motivation; • VaPU – Evaluation of Human Potential(goals and phases of evaluation) • Team work: rules, dynamics and values • Brainstorming Course Title Training Certificate of “Expert in Orientation, Evaluation and Analysis of Individual Competences” Course Period: 300 hours (60 hours in class, 80 hours of e-learning, 80 hours of stage, 80 hours of formative path’s documentation) It is possible to attend the course entirely on the e-learning platform Course Fee: 500 € (350€ if by E-Learning) Books and lecture notes included
