I.S.P.E.F. WORK TEST I.S.P.E.F. work Tests were created to evaluate productive results of workers and organization processes of the company they work for. I.S.P.E.F. work Tests analyses and verify: - Working Motivation,  - Labor Social Representation, - Cultural Model of Company’s Personnel. I.S.P.E.F. Work Test’s Goals I.S.P.E.F. work Tests analyze the working behavior of people within organizational system and the complexity of world of work, by considering: - Personal attitude; - Professional competences, - People expectation in their job activities (what they believe to do and receive); - social and economic context; - working experiences and the roles they can accomplish further on. Our target participants: WoSCA Certification can be requested by any worker, unoccupied and unemployed, of Public Bodies, Companies, Training Bodies.
